How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to delete your Gridpunk account and all associated data:

Step 1: Open the options menu

Open the game and navigate to the options menu.

Step 2: Find Delete Account

Tap on the "Delete Account" button.

Step 3: Confirm Deletion

Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen instructions.

Deleted Data & Personal Information

All your data used in Gridpunk will be deleted. This includes:

• All your heroes and their upgrades
• Your main trophy progress, rank and battle pass progress
• All your leaderboard scores
• All your currencies
• All your friends
• Any data related to your devices and linked accounts (Google/Apple)
• All the items purchased with real life money through In App Purchase. This includes: gems, credits, tokens, heroes, skins and upgrades.

All of the above data will no longer be stored on our servers and hence cannot be restored on request.

⚠️ Important: The deletion process can last between 1 to 30 minutes (depending on server load). During this time you will not be able to create a new account using the same username.
