How to delete your account for Gridpunk

1. Open the game and navigate to options menu

2. Press "Delete account" button

3. Confirm deletion

Please be aware that this process is not reversible. We will not be able to restore your data at any point in the future. All your data is permanently deleted from our servers. 

By deleting your personal data, you state that you understand this fact and approve the deletion of any information as specified below.

Deleted data & personal information

All your data used in Gridpunk will be deleted. This includes:

• All your heroes and their upgrades

• Your main trophy progress, rank and battle pass progress

• All your leaderboard scores

• All your currencies

• All your friends

• Any data related to your devices and linked accounts (Google/Apple)

• All the items purchased with real life money through In App Purchase. This includes: gems, credits, tokens, heroes,  skins and upgrades. 

All of the above data will no longer be stored on our servers and hence cannot be restored on request.

Please be aware that the deletion process can last between 1 to 30 minutes (depending on server load). During this time you will not be able to create a new account using the same username.
